JULIAN M. UTLEY ARCHITECT, PLLC

Established in 2009, we are a full-service architectural firm for distinctive residential and small to medium size commercial projects.  Our firm takes on projects which we believe are a good fit for us and where we share the same goals as the client.  We have worked on many different project types: commercial, residential, new construction, tenant upfits, additions, renovations and historic preservation. Our clients have included: contractors, developers, restaurant owners, non-profit organizations, business owners and home owners.  Julian M. Utley Architect, PLLC along with our team of consultants are well qualified to assist you with your building design needs.

One of the qualities that sets us apart is the fact that Mr. Utley is also the owner of a licensed class 'A' construction company which has built some of the projects we have designed.  We believe this experience gives us a thorough understanding of construction materials and methods, budgeting and scheduling.

We believe a building, home or space should conform you and not you conform to it.  Our goal is to make the design process an enjoyable experience for the client.
